Barnacle Buddies 2025 – Cowichan Estuary Nature Centre

Barnacle Buddies is back for Winter 2025!

Join educator Chloe to celebrate the estuary and all its biodiversity! Each week, we’ll explore what makes the Cowichan and Koksilah Estuary so important to biodiversity and conservation through stories, songs, and hands-on science exploration! Learn the difference between fresh and salt water, learn to identify watershed biodiversity and have a lot of fun too!

Mondays 11:00am- 12:00pm

January 20, 27 February 3, 10, 17, 24

Program will be primarily indoors with possible outdoor time if weather permits. Please dress in play clothes that could get dirty!
