Come and join us for our Science and Nature Spring Break camps.
We are excited to offer our five-day camps during Spring Break that will be run March 17-21 and March 24-28 from 9am-3pm.
Campers will learn about the birds, plants, and animals of the Cowichan Estuary as well as explore eelgrass, clam beds, mudflats, and the beaches at Hecate Community Park.
During camp, we will explore the tide lines, do experiments, conduct crafts, play games, meet and greet the creatures living in the saltwater touch tank, learn about watersheds, estuaries and their important role in our local ecosystems and many other age-appropriate hands-on activities.
Dates: March 17-21 or March 24-28
Hours: 9am-3pm
Ages: 5-9
Cost: $300 for the week
Staff: Hosted by two Nature Interpreter Camp Leaders
